These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of modernhospitalityaccelerator.com and our email, phone and text message communications. They are provided by MHA 1 LLC, doing business as Modern Hospitality Accelerator (“MHA,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or signing up for our communications, you agree to these Terms.
1. Communications consent
By submitting your information through our forms, you agree to receive marketing and informational emails, calls and text messages from MHA at the email address and phone number you provided. This includes messages sent with automated technology and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
2. SMS program terms
Program: Modern Hospitality Accelerator updates. Messages may include program information, event reminders, content and offers.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You’ll receive one message confirming that you’ve been unsubscribed, and then no more messages unless you sign up again.

Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Email and phone calls
You can unsubscribe from our emails with the link at the bottom of any email. To stop phone calls, tell us during a call or email us.

All content on our website and in our communications belongs to MHA or its licensors. This includes text, videos, templates, frameworks and graphics. You may use it for your own business but may not copy, resell or distribute it without our written permission. To the fullest extent the law allows, MHA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of our website or communications. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
